
Dr. Paszko, the medical director, was born and raised in New Jersey. He did his undergraduate work at Columbia University in the City of New York, where he was an English major. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester, where he was school senate president during his senior year. He received a Reader's Digest international fellowship to do medical work in Zambia, Africa during his last year.
Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Paszko has done an additional year of post doctorate training in Orthopedic Surgery. He recently received a Master of Arts in Theology from Northeastern Seminary. He enjoys running, reading, and traveling. He has been married for over twenty years and has four children.

Dr. Culbertson attended Northwestern University and received his Medical Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. He specializes in Internal Medicine, treating patients 16 years of age and older. An avid cyclist, Dr. Culbertson has been married for over twenty years and has two grown children.

Tim Clark, RPA-C has been with our practice for many years. Mr. Clark practices the full spectrum of family medicine, excluding obstetrics. Originally from Rochester, he provided health care to the Navy before joining our practice. He is married with two children.

Shannon Gianotti, CNP-FM received her
masters degree from the University of Rochester. She graduated
summa
cum laude from Wheaton College. Shannon enjoys travel and worked after
college in China as an English instructor. Shannon also has a strong
interest in overseas medical missions.
